These terms govern your use of Holidaymaker ("we", "us"). By using this website and paying for an itinerary, you agree to them.

1. What we offer

Holidaymaker generates a personalised, AI-built day-by-day travel itinerary based on the destination, dates, budget, travel style and interests you provide. No account or login is required — you submit your trip details, pay ₹30 for that one itinerary, and receive your plan.

2. Pricing & payment

Each itinerary costs ₹30, charged once, per itinerary — there is no subscription or recurring charge. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or banking details.

3. AI-generated content

Your itinerary — including places, restaurants, prices, train/flight details and timings — is generated by an AI model. While we prompt it to use real, named places and realistic costs, AI output can be inaccurate or out of date. Always independently verify opening hours, prices, availability and travel advisories before you book or travel.Holidaymaker is a planning aid, not a booking agent or travel advisory service, and is not liable for losses arising from relying on the itinerary without verification.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate trip details and to use Holidaymaker only for lawful, personal trip-planning purposes. Itineraries are generated for the person who paid for them; reselling generated itineraries as a commercial product is not permitted.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
